Our Story

Our fudge shop began unexpectedly when I started working alongside one of my pastry school instructors and, just a few months later, was given the opportunity to take over as he prepared to retire. Baking has always been my passion, I ran a home bakery before attending pastry school, and a family trip to Mackinac Island sparked my fascination with the art of fudge making. That spark turned into a true love for working with fudge and chocolate during my time learning from Chef Ford.

Today, this shop is a family dream. My biggest supporter, Jake, and I go all in together, building something meaningful for our kids, Maddie and Alex. They are our reason, our inspiration, and the heart of everything we do, and they love being part of the shop just as much as we do.
